Recommended Substrates: Poly Coated Mugs, Poly-Foam Cups, Mousepads and Coasters, 100% Polyester(sublimation flock) in white or light in color

Items Needed: Computer, Graphics Software, Inkjet or Bubble Jet Printer with Sublimation Inks, Sublijet™ Transfger Paper, Heat Press, Teflon Sheet of Pellon Sheets for Mugs
Application Instructions:

1) CREATE DESIGN - Using graphics software, create a design and output to your inkjet or bubble jet printer. Fan sheets prior to loading. *Be sure to print your design in the reverse/mirror format. Do not cut 11" x 17" paper in half before cutting.

2) CUT DESIGN - Depending on your design, you may choose to use scissors and cut around the design so as not to leave a border.

PREHEAT FOR SOFT GOODS ONLY
3) PREHEAT - It is extremely important to preheat the soft goods before application. Press substrate for 5-10 seconds to remove moisture and chemical treatment from the transfer area. Let cool.

4) POSITION DESIGN - Position the design face down onto the garment.
Soft Goods: Cover with Teflon sheet
Hard Goods: Wrap with a Pellon sheet

5) HEAT APPLY - Heat apply at 390° - 400° using medium/heavy pressure for the following substrates.

Soft Goods Hard Goods
Polyester --------- 25 sec.
Caps -------------- 15-20 sec.
Mousepads -------- 25 sec.
Hanes Soft L'ink -- 25 sec. 		Ceramic Tiles ---- 210 sec.
Unisub ------------ 60-90 sec.
Mugs -------------- 2-4 sec.
Metal -------------- 30-55 sec.
Plastic ------------- 35 sec.

6) PEEL TRANSFER - Immediately after application, transfer MUST be peeled HOT in a quick even motion. LET COOL!		  
Tips and Ideas :
** Best perfomance is obtained on cotton, polyester, poly/cotton blends
** Preheat garments
** Mirror your design
** Turn garment inside out and wash in warm or cold water with mild detergent
** Do not bleach
** Tumble dry at low setting
** Do not iron directly on design
** Do not dry clean
