Recommended Copiers: Color Laser Copiers with straight fed process.

Recommended Substrates: IW CLC will adhere to white or light color Cotton, Polyester and Poly / Cotton blends.

Application Instructions:

1) CREATE DESIGN - Using graphics software, create a design and output it to the bypass tray of a color laser copier. Fan sheets prior to loading. *Be sure to print your design in the REVERSE / MIRROR format.

2) CUT DESIGN - Depending on your design, you may choose to use scissors and cut around the design so as not to leave a border.

3) PREHEAT GARMENT - It is extremely important to preheat the garment before application. Press garment for 3-5 seconds to remove moisture and chemical treatment from the transfer area.

4) POSITION DESIGN - After preheating the garment, position the design face down onto the garment.

5) HEAT APPLY - Heat apply the design for 8-10 seconds at 350º F using MEDIUM pressure. Peel backing immediately. PEEL HOT!

IMPORTANT:

* Please keep your IW CLC paper in the plastic bag until actual use. This will keep moisture out of the paper. Close the bag after each use.

*To brighten image on fabric after washing, press with an iron on medium setting.

*Best performance is obtained on cotton, polyester, poly/cotton, 50/50 blends and untreated canvas.
 
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
** Turn garment inside out & machine wash in warm or cold water - mild detergent.
** Do not bleach.
** Tumble dry at a low setting.
** Do NOT dry clean.
