DuraCut™ is a cuttable ink-based product in sheet form. When you heat apply it to a garment, it looks and feels identical to a screen printed design. The greatest benefit to DuraCut™ is that you now have an alternative to sourcing a screen printer or other garment decorator for small quantity production runs and one-offs. Use DuraCut™ to create one color designs for heat application on 100% cotton, 100% polyester and poly/cotton blends.
DuraCut™ is a product that is both user friendly and production friendly. To create a design from a DuraCut™ sheet, simply cut the design with a standard friction fed cutter, weed the excess material away leaving only the design on the white paper backing and heat apply the design to a garment with a one step application process.
